The Sierra Leone Grammar School Students Leadership Council (SLGSSLC) today Friday 11th. March, 2022 made a presentation at assembly.
Mr. Musa Serry presented the two pupils in the persons of Gibril Dumbuya of SSS 2 Science 1 and Chidima Taylor of SSS 2 Science 1.
The former gave a brief background on the formation of the Leadership Award Trust (LAT) aims and objectives, mission and vision, highlight the Core Values, composition of the Board and the SLC as well. The latter exclusively examine the five (5) Core Values systematically which include:
1. Integrity
2. Equality
3. Responsible Citizenship
4. Community Development & Service and
5. Democracy & Meritocracy
The Principal Rev. Leonard Ken Davies and Mr. Ivan Carrol and other Teacher Contributors were fully in attendance to grace the presentation. Regentonian Agatha C. Johnson was keen to be part of the delegation to the school but was unavailable absent.
Pupils and Staff of the whole school felt touched about the presentation and applauded the presenters who are classmates and colleagues in the academic struggle.
